Water and Weird Clouds on Extrasolar Found By Astronomers "Warm Neptune"

Water does not seem so rare in the universe so why should life be? Two space telescopes reveal the distant exoplanet HAT-P-26b has an atmosphere rich with hydrogen, helium and water vapor. As we all know, where there is water the chance of life in some form is very high.
